Eiffage Am茅nagement, a European company engaged in urban development, has obtained approval to construct a health-oriented business hub within Saint-Apollinaire鈥檚 municipality in C么te d鈥橭r (21), Northern France.
Covering a gross area of 39,000m虏, the new development will improve socio-health services in the region by supporting medical and paramedical real estate and enhancing healthcare, training, and research areas.
The health hub includes a 4,300m虏 residence comprising 170 units, intended for medical students. This residence鈥檚 construction, which began in late 2024 by Eiffage Immobilier, a real estate developer, is scheduled for completion by mid-2026.
Additionally, the project includes 33,600m虏 of office space, with 5,800m虏 housing a dialysis centre along with 1,100m虏 of ground-floor retail and service areas.
Furthermore, Eiffage Am茅nagement鈥檚 management will focus on providing 15,500m虏 of public space for the hub’s users.
Located on a 4.5ha site in the Long猫nes neighbourhood, the project is positioned within a mixed-use area and offers access to economic activities, hospital infrastructure, university hubs, sports facilities, and residences.

By GlobalDataThe project is in line with Objective 8 of the Dijon M茅tropole Local Urban Plan (PLUI), which aims to facilitate a comprehensive initiative focused on tertiary activities or linked to centres of excellence and metropolitan infrastructure.
Construction on the project is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025, following six years of discussions and collaboration between Eiffage Am茅nagement and local stakeholders.
Project stakeholders include urban planner SUD Architectes, landscape architect BDP Concept, infrastructure and road engineering consultant VERDI, and an infrastructure team comprising Eiffage Route, Pennequin, Desertot.
Last year in September, Eiffage, via its subsidiaries Eiffage Construction and Goyer, was awarded the contract to renovate the Paris – SCOPE commercial building, formerly the Natixis headquarters, from Soci茅t茅 Fonci猫re Lyonnaise on a general contracting basis.
